My Mental Illness Story

I decided in the fall of 2018 to start a video blog where I talk about my experiences about living with mental illness. I tell my entire life’s story and how my illness has shaped the course of my life. My hope is to try to give others who don’t suffer a better understanding of what living with mental illness is like in hopes of erasing the stigma attached to mental illness.I also hope to inspire others to get help and talk about their struggles as well.  If you enjoy the videos, please be sure to hit the thumbs up button and share with your friends.
